Counselling provides NDIS participants with person centred, tailored therapeutic support, helping them manage emotional challenges, build resilience, and enhance their overall quality of life. It fosters personal growth, improves coping strategies, and supports mental health, empowering participants to achieve their goals and live the life they want.

This service is offered as part of the Capacity Building – Improved Living category.

Chat it Out is not a Registered Provider with the NDIS. We do not charge the full NDIS rate.

Chat it Out can service Self-Managed and Plan Managed participants. Chat it Out is unable to service Agency Managed clients (managed by NDIS) directly, however we welcome a collaboration discussion with your Registered Quality Support Service Provider about subcontracting our services.

CONTEMPLATING A CHAT?

I like to have a 15-minute Telehealth chat with you prior to booking your first appointment.  I feel it’s in your best interest to ensure you feel comfortable talking to me, understand my counselling approach and consider how I can help you, before you make an appointment for a session.  If you or I don’t feel that I am the right fit for your needs, with your consent, I can arrange a referral to someone else.
