I’m Cheryl Rydzynski, the founder of Chat It Out Counselling and Wellness, and I’m here to help you break free from that cycle. I’m very passionate about offering you a holistic approach to your mental health, to support emotional healing, personal growth and overall well-being. My mission is to support you toward a life where calm, clarity, and joy are daily realities. Through a holistic approach that honours every part of your well-being, we’ll work together to reclaim your energy, focus, and happiness.
My Journey
Like many women, I once felt overwhelmed by the demands of career, parenting, and navigating grief, all while facing intense life challenges. All this pressure left me burnt out, exhausted, and disconnected from myself. It was during this difficult time that I discovered the power of holistic healing—a journey that not only helped me recover but also reignited my sense of self. This transformation became my passion, inspiring me to help others heal, regain balance, and rediscover their strength.
I believe that healing is not one-dimensional; it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit as a whole. That’s why I offer you a choice of either traditional counselling or holistic practices such as meditation, Reiki, and lifestyle adjustments. Every woman’s path to wellness is unique, and I’m committed to helping you find the approach that works best for you.
My approach is compassionate and personalised. We’ll take the time to explore your concerns and what you hope to achieve from attending counselling and develop a plan that empowers you to move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve witnessed how stress and exhaustion can rob women of their joy and purpose. We can often be our own worst enemies with our thoughts. Watching Women rediscover their confidence, manage overwhelming thoughts, set clearer boundaries and feel more aligned with their personal goals is why I do what I do. It’s what drives me every day in my counselling practice. It’s a reminder that sometimes, all it takes is a little support, a different perspective, and a commitment to self-care to shift things in a positive direction. You deserve to live a life filled with balance, clarity, and joy—and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve that.
